Assessment

Assessment aims to get to the root cause(s) of your problem or limitation. This way I can help you overcome the current limitation and help to prevent recurrance.

Assessments comes in two parts. The first addressess how and when the problem started, how it has been since, your medical history, your day to day activities or training and so forth. This will be as detailed as necessary.

The second part assesses your physical presentation: postural problems, muscle imbalances, signs of inflammation or infection, signs of damage (to specific tendons, ligaments, muscles, bones, joints, nerves, cartilage and connective tissue), biomechanics, movement problems, range restrictions, nerve function and compression, how your shoes affect you, and so much more.
